  • You will be greeted by our front-desk staff upon calling.
  • Our staff will be inquiring about the purpose and concern of your visit
  • You will be requested to bring insurance and ID cards for an eligibility check (Real Time Verification).
  • You will be notified of any eligibility changes.
  • You will be provided with a schedule with the doctor and offered same-day availability when possible.
Step 2: Specialist Referrals
  • For the ease of our patients, we make sure to confirm service approval and we handle the referral process:
    • Call the specialist, submit approvals, and send patient contact information.
Step 3: Patient Clinic Process
  • After you have been connected to our specialist, you will be asked to complete our registration and consent forms. We will be talking you through every question you may have regarding the forms.
